Get Dressed Up Circus Style & come explore Juggling & Stilts w/us!
In this Workshop we'll explore juggling with Scarves, Balls, Clubs, solo and passing skills, Poi & Twirling Ribbons as well as having the chance to try out stilts - AND if you already have a stilts background - explore juggling on stilts.
This workshop is great for all levels!
We will be dressing up! Please feel free to wear your best circus attire (costumes not necessary BUT OH SO FUN) and if you have your own stills bring them with your pads (we will have stilts as well)
***MUST: Wear Sneakers and leggings for the stilt-walking portion, (no bare legs)***

We had such a blast with Victor during his last ACRO YOGA FUNDAMENTALS workshop that we had to bring it back!
Acro yoga is a physical practice, which combines acrobatics, yoga, and healing arts. The experience of this practice instantly dissolves fears and invites practitioners to tap into new and infinite possibilities of communication, trust, and union. In a typical class, the students will explore the fundamental principles of basing, flying and most importantly how to spot. By participating in all three roles, we truly learn how to embrace trust, connect with balance, and unleash our inner acrobat.
Pre-Reqs: A good attitude! All levels welcome. No partner or experience necessary.
