Conditioning your body & building strength is much more fun by utilizing your own body weight - while learning circus moves! Learn to fly on different apparatuses like Silks, Aerial Hoop, Cube, Hammock, Trapeze and more. With each week having something new to learn - you'll never tire of this class. Beginners welcome!
