DANCE TECHNIQUE & MOVEMENT 101
This ground based class incorporates dance movement and technique fundamentals for all levels. Dance Technique & Movement 101 is a phenomenal option for students interested in learning the correct and safe ways to manipulate their own body, memorize and execute phrase-work, practice improvisational tools, experiment with various partnering techniques and flow, while enhance their flexibility range, strength and body awareness.
AERIAL 101: Tired of the same old work out? This 1 hour mixed apparatus class is your intro to Circus & Aerial Arts. Conditioning your body & building strength is much more fun by utilizing your own body weight - while learning circus moves! Learn to fly on different apparatuses like Silks, Aerial Hoop/Lyra, Cube, Hammock, Trapeze and more. With each week having something new to learn - you'll never tire of this class. *no prerequisite needed
BEGINNER SILKS: This beginner version of our multi-level class consists of a group warm-up followed by aerial warm-up on the silks, which focuses on building strength and endurance. The class then progresses to basic climbing and basic moves on the silks. It combines the rigor of aerial silks training with the fun and artistry of aerial dance. 60 minutes, coed
MULTI LEVEL SILKS: This multi level class begins with a group warm-up followed by aerial warm-up on the silks, focusing on building strength & endurance. INTERMEDIATE SILKS: Group warm-up followed by aerial warm-up on the silks, which focuses on building strength and endurance. The class then progresses to choreography & sequences on the silks where the student will learn safe aerial choreography using musicality and artistry to encourage the students to also focus on the performance aspect of aerial arts. It combines the rigor of aerial silks training with the fun and artistry of aerial dance. 90 minutes, coed

LYRA FUNDAMENTALS: Work on the fundamentals in this lyra class. Students will start to develop the core strength and flexibility required for Aerial Hoop – aka Lyra – while working on various skills including mounts, spins, swings and dismounts. 60 minutes (coed)
LYRA (MULTI LEVEL): In this multi level class we will work on building strength & flexibility, while working towards progressive moves and combinations using the hoop apparatus – aka Lyra – including mounts, spins, swings, dismounts, sequences and balancing skills. 90 minutes, coed
INTERMEDIATE LYRA: In this Intermediate level class we will be focusing on exploring individuality while building choreo & linking progressive moves (including spins, swings, balancing skills & drops) with transitions and music. 90 minutes (coed) *prerequisites - must have unassisted: straddle back, pull over to bottom bar, cleanly invert from inside hoop (from bottom to top & knee hang. AERIAL CUBE: Playing on the cube is a blast. With the multiple gripping points of the cube you’ll learn various mounts and dismounts, explore poses and transitions while working towards choreographed sequences. We will be spinning in the cube, inverting in the cube and maneuvering from bar to bar. 90 minutes, coed
CORDE LISSE/SPANISH WEB (ROPE/WEBSPINNING): In this Multi level class we will be working on a Rope (also known as Corde Lisse) learning various climbs, inversions, choreo and tricks. Then using a loop to hold on with hand or foot we will learn various web spinning techniques (Also known as Spanish Web). Students will also learn how to spin each other on the rope which is know as Websitting. For foot spinning it is recommended to wear an elastic type foot stirrup to protect the ankle. coed, 75 minutes
BEGINNER AERIAL HAMMOCK: In this beginner level class, from a single point, this is where we learn & build a foundation for our Aerial Hammock practice. We'll work on items such as conditioning, mounts, dismounts, transitions while challenging our balance. Beginners will move towards learning how to flow together poses and movement while gaining strength and improving flexibility. 60 minutes, coed
AERIAL HAMMOCK (MULTI LEVEL): In this multi level class, from a single point Aerial Hammock we will utilize the fabric to challenge our balance, build strength, alignment and flexibility. Beginner students will work towards piecing together poses and transitions to flow & create a beautiful dance. For Intermediate students the emphasis will be placed on learning creative combinations, dynamic movements, drops and sequencing. 60 minutes, coed
HAMMOCK CHOREO & FLOW: Take your Hammock flight to the next level! Class emphasis will be placed on PERFORMANCE STYLE FLUID MOVEMENT, creative combinations, fluid dance, drops and dynamic ways to develop your choreographic flow. Perfect class for those who are looking to start PERFORMING or work on their musicality and flow. 60 minutes, coed.

INTERMEDIATE HAMMOCK: In this Intermediate Hammock class emphasis will be placed on learning creative combinations, dynamic movements, drops and sequencing.
Prerequisite: Previous aerial experience on hammock needed...Students should already have their pull over and a strong basic practice including Cupid variations, Candycane wraps & Hip Key.
TRAPEZE (MULTI LEVEL): In this multi level class students will learn mounts, dismounts, inversions and tricks, climbs, balances and drops, on the bar and the ropes. It is highly recommended that students wear form fitting clothes with coverage behind knees, upper arms and back. Static trapeze is fun, full body work out. 60 minutes, coed
POLE FUNDAMENTALS : Perfect for newer students or students wanting to work on perfecting the basics. Pole Fundamentals emphasizes a deeper connection to one’s body through the art of pole dancing. Each week, class will consist of a warm-up followed by personalized pole dance instruction. Learn how to safely perform beginner spin combos, beginner climbs & beginner inverts. We will continue to cultivate dance flow, routines and transitions. This course is designed to help cultivate one’s personal dance style, sensuality and body awareness. 75 minutes, coed
LOW FLOW & POLE (INTERMEDIATE): In this Intermediate class we'll learn how to split, stretch, roll & slide up/down/around the pole harnessing the power of grounded flow and through classically sexy, strong & sensual movement. Come roll around with us.
Prerequisites: should have basic invert, inside leg & outside leg hangs. Knee pads or over the knee socks needed. - High Heels encouraged (but not needed)! 90 minutes, coed
POLE (MULTI LEVEL): This multi level class includes a warm-up, challenging level appropriate pole tricks, fluid transitions + floor & dance work concentrating on flow. Learn how to safely perform pole tricks, routines and transitions while cultivating your personal flow & dance style. Coed 75 OR 90 minutes.
AERIAL YOGA: Decompress your mind & spine in Aerial Yoga. Developed from the mindfulness of the Asana poses of Hatha Yoga...With the use of hammocks and the ground, our Aerial Yoga Class incorporates traditional yoga poses, pilates and aerial moves to increase flexibility, help you into deeper & supported stretches and allows for easier inversions. The perfect mix of fun, challenging and relaxing!
"FLOW" AERIAL YOGA: ...breathing, flowing, stretching - this Flow Aerial Yoga class is all about movement. Incorporating yoga asanas and dance into a creative new way to flow, build strength and move - for students wanting to take their aerial yoga practice to the next level. 60 minutes, coed
TWERKOUT: Twerk Out consists of full body strengthening exercises, twerking techniques & bootylicious choreography. DEEP STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY: This Is our Multi Level Stretch Class. Come strengthen and lengthen those muscles - in this class we'll use active and assisted stretch techniques to unlock your body's range of motion! Let's square your side splits, flatten your straddle, deepen your backbends and open up your shoulders. KIDS AERIAL CIRQUE CLASS: Aeriform Arts' Youth Aerial Arts program has been designed to introduce young kids and teens to the world of Aerial Performance and fitness. In addition to traditional conditioning and dance training, students will also be taught skills for Aerial Cube, Hammock, and Aerial Hoop (Lyra). This program emphasizes the importance of the fundamentals of aerial movement, safety, as well as creating an environment of self-expression for each student to discover their inner performer. Children ages 9-11, will spend time building strength, flexibility and work lower to the ground to begin acclimating themselves to aerial movement. Children ages 12-15 (or students with a previous aerial practice) while still focusing on the fundamentals of conditioning, strength, and flexibility, will be able to work higher off the ground and have a stronger focus on presentation and performance. 60 minutes, coed
